Labor Petitions
The labor-relations moment, straight from the NLRB case system. Each row is a case keyed to the employer — defaulting to union representation / election petitions (R cases) — with the employer, case type, region, filing date, unit size, and named union. Set category=ulp to widen to unfair-labor-practice charges. Rows come newest-first by filing date. Observational public records AS FILED — a petition is a filing, a charge is an allegation, never an adjudication of the employer.
The buying trigger. A representation petition is when PEOs, benefits brokers, staffing, outplacement, and labor counsel all engage — and it's on the record the week it's filed, with the unit size and named union attached.
Provenance
Every case, one flat row
- NLRB — public case systemrefreshed weekly (per NLRB refresh)
Representation / election petitions (R cases — RC/RM/RD) and, via category, unfair-labor-practice charges (C cases). Each row is a case keyed to the employer — case type, region, filing date, status, the named union / petitioner, and the unit size (reported employees). A representation petition is a labor-relations moment: the buying trigger for PEOs, benefits brokers, staffing, outplacement, and labor & employment counsel.

Petitions by default, charges on request. The feed leads with R-case representation petitions; category=ulp or category=all widen the stream.
Observational. A petition is a filing and a charge is an allegation — never an adjudication or a characterization of the employer.
