Clinical Trial Starts
The front of the pharma and med-device pipeline, straight from ClinicalTrials.gov. Each row is a new interventional, industry-sponsored study as it hits the registry — sponsor company, phase, status, conditions, interventions, enrollment, and the US states the trial is sited in. A trial sponsor is an active developer (a CRO, trial-software, recruitment, lab, or commercial-ops target) and every site is a facility target. Rows come newest-first by posting date. Observational public registry records — a trial appears with a sponsor and a posting date, never a prediction.
The base: 112,288 interventional, industry-sponsored studies across 14,106 distinct sponsor companies and 1.87M site rows. Each trial resolves to a sponsor employer entity where the company mapped into the shared entity graph, and every row carries event_date plus as_published_date (point-in-time discipline, no restatements).

Trials and sites, one stream
The value is the buying moment: a company standing up or siting a new interventional trial. This feed serves industry-sponsored interventional studies, newest-first by the date they were posted to the registry, with their site footprint attached:

Interventional studies with an industry lead sponsor — one row per NCT: sponsor company, sponsor class, phase, overall status, conditions, interventions and intervention types, enrollment, and the registry/start/completion dates. New trials appear newest-first by first_posted_date.

The facility rows for each study (facility name, city, US state, country), aggregated onto each trial as site_count and the distinct US states the trial is sited in — so a new trial is also a set of new site targets.

Sponsor resolution. The lead sponsor is normalized through the same function the entity build used, so entity_id can never drift from the resolved company — pivot from a new trial to the sponsor’s /v1/business360 dossier and the other feeds.
Sites as targets. site_count and site_states summarize the facilities siting each trial, so a new trial is also a set of new facility targets. The full study × facility rows are available via /v1/trials/sites/search.
Attestation. Every API response carries a signed _meta attestation and the ClinicalTrials.gov source vintage, so any trial can be traced back to the public registry record.
